Failure

This post was written by derek and filed under: personal

So. I started and ended the master cleanse in the past few days. It wasn’t the no food thing that got to me… It was the chugging of 32oz of warm sea salt water first thing in the morning. Doing that for a third time was just too unbearable to think about, let alone do.

So, in summary, I fail. I am coming to the realization that this isn’t necessarily healthy for me and I plan to implement some other means of detoxifying / cleansing my body.

I will keep you posted. I will start with a Kevin Rose-esque diet and am going to try to transition to a more raw foods approach to living.

Well. That’s all I have for now and I probably need to finish my ice cream and head back to work.

Dangerous rooms within IBM
